A similar 15-year long study found that people with the highest blood levels of ionic minerals had a 40 percent reduction in the risk of SCD, compared to those with the lowest mineral levels.
A human clinical study was conducted at the Energy Medicine Research Institute in Boulder, CO, on the efficacy of Fusion IONZ Wristband to affect pain in 13 healthy subjects with occasional shoulder, elbow and wrist pain from overuse. Results of this double blind crossover pilot study demonstrate that the Fusion IONZ band may produce a significant decrease in subjective pain ratings. The decrease in pain levels were reported after just 24 hours. These results indicate that more research is warranted. The average percentage decrease reported with the Fusion IONZ Band was 29.46% after one week wearing the band.
